Our satisfaction guarantee

Last updated: 25 October 2026

We want you to be completely happy with our work. If you are not, we will come back and put it right. These terms explain what our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee covers and how to use it.

What the guarantee covers

Our workmanship, for 12 months. If anything we installed or repaired fails within 12 months of the job being completed because of the way we did the work, we will return and fix it at no extra cost.
Putting things right if you are not happy. If you are not satisfied with a job, tell us within 30 days of completion and we will return to discuss it and, where the work does not meet the standard we agreed, correct it free of charge.

Parts and appliances

New boilers, heat pumps and other appliances come with the manufacturer's own warranty. We will register the warranty for you where the manufacturer allows. Most manufacturer warranties require an annual service by a Gas Safe registered engineer to stay valid.

What is not covered

Faults caused by misuse, accidental damage, or work carried out by anyone else after our visit.
Existing problems in parts of the system we did not work on, or that we told you about and you chose not to fix.
Normal wear and tear, frost damage, blockages caused by what goes into drains, and limescale build-up.
Jobs that have not been paid for in full.

How to make a claim

Call us on 07710 683328 or email office@flametechltd.co.uk with your name, address, the date of the work and a short description of the problem. Photos help. We will arrange a visit as soon as we can, and for emergencies such as leaks we will treat the call as urgent.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which says services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. It does not affect those rights.
